Microdermabrasion machines are all relatively similar, differing mostly at the abrasion stage with either crystal or diamond being the mechanism used for skin exfoliation.
Crystal vs diamond
Diamond microdermabrasion machines use a section system to vacuum and remove the dead skin cell particles. Crystal machines typically use a glass or stainless steel “wand”. Upon contact with the skin, a vacuum is formed that draws the loose skin particles away from the skin’s surface.
